Orphaned and raised by a clan that never fully accepted him, mokka-dal Alnir Searfoss goes to war to save the Wisdom texts of his race from destruction and to find his true destiny along the way. Leaving the only clan he ever knew, he finds adventure, wisdom, and ultimately, himself.

About the Author

Jack Cherbourg is a native Californian. In the middle of his undergraduate studies in university, he went for a summer to learn in yeshiva in Jerusalem, and he remained in the Middle East for over a decade. An avid writer from a young age, he wrote several plays as a youth, competed his first attempt at a novel at the age of fourteen, and wrote thousands of poems between the ages of twelve and twenty-one. Fluent in several languages, he has contributed to journals matters in Jewish law and written a commentary on biblical scripture. In 2011, Cherbourg moved to New York, where he is an active and prominent member of the Orthodox Jewish community. He has two children and is currently at work on the continuation of the saga of Alnir Searfoss.
