About the Book

Jessie and Scott come from wealthy Wyoming families who wait for them to grow up, expecting one day they will marry. They don’t factor in the attraction between Jessie and Rick, a half Navajo half English rancher and brother of Jessie’s best friend. Their lives intertwine between the ranches of Wyoming, Jessie’s Boston college and the English countryside but the menace of violence is never far away. Misunderstandings tear the lovers apart and they build their lives hundreds of miles away from each other. But a strange twist of fate brings them back together and the triangle is finally resolved.

About the Author

Stephanie Jones was born in England to a Canadian mother and English father. When she was a child the family emigrated to New Zealand, where she still lives. She has travelled extensively and visited family in Canada, England and the United States. She wanted to explore the cross-cultural similarities and differences as a background to her book. Stephanie followed a business career for many years and occasionally wrote articles for magazines. She is married to her second husband and they have a large combined family. This is her first novel.
