About the Author
Born and raised in North County San Diego, Mark went on to recieve no formal training or schooling on literature, save for the small amount he learned in High School. He did however thouroughly study the works of Douglas Adams, Howard Zinn, Bill Watterson, and Hunter S. Thompson. After moving to Oahu in 1999, he recieved his degree in getting barreled at Sandy's, and used that knowledge extensively in the writing of this here book. Mark currenlty resides in Kaimuki on the Hawaiin island of Oahu with his beautiful wife Bora. If he's not writing, then he's either working, sleeping, bodyboarding, playing soccer, randomly jumping off of cliffs into the ocean, playing Grand Theft Auto, reading, cooking, teaching his tortoise to play fetch, (unsuccesfully), painting, drawing, messing with his bonsais, riding his bike aimlessly around town, brewing, (and drinking) beer, or even possibly designing wave pools with self contained energy sources that function as small power plants.
