About the Author

Muriel Essell-Crentsil is a logophile (a word lover) and a bibliophile (book lover) who wears many hats; she is also a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years experience in many facets of nursing and nursing administration. She is an educator and now an author. Her mission is to empower lay people to take charge of their own health. Her signature mantra is “In our health lies our nation’s wealth.” She is married with 3 daughters and lives in Maryland, USA. Stay tuned for more of her books on health.
