Suddenly, Mr. Higgles let out the loudest, happiest hoot the Old Forest had ever heard for he knew he was about to make a new friend! Galik and Kalin were looking at both of them wondering just what they might be thinking. Galik decided he would give them awhile for they did not seem to be too alarmed, which amazed him. But these two travelers had met so many new villagers and they enjoyed making new friends. But for the moment, they seemed to be quite speechless. But who or what was standing there looking at them? Atar was watching them as were the fairies. He continued slapping his chin on the water watching his friends. Mr. Higgles curiously asked “Galik, are you going to introduce us?”

About the Book
In this third book, the journey continues! Come along as our two travelers journey to the western area of the Old Forest. Travel with them as they visit the Valley of the Mushroom People, forgers of the bells; then to the Lake of the Blue Stones, home to an eel named Atar; further west to meet the youngest of the Great Oaks in the Old Forest, Donai and then a trip to the Wonscap Mountains to meet an elder, an Earlofay. But do they meet him? Come along as they meet the villagers that call this area of the Old Forest home. It’s another journey you will not want to miss!
About the Author
K Kinsey lives in Waukeenah, which is located south of Monticello, Florida. She is a retired banker turned master gardener and she has an art degree. As gardening is the love of her life, she feels the art degree along with becoming a master gardener has enabled her to transform her backyard into the garden it has become and one she couldn't be prouder of. She and her husband have 7 cats of which 4 were dropped off and you can always find some of them in the garden with her.
