About the Book

We Are at War: Book 3 The Battle between Christianity and Secularity Experience of the Nation of Odom takes up the warfront of Christianity and Secularity which is a major warfront in the world today. This war is the result of Satan’s use of its human agents of Atheists, Intellectuals and others in Secular Governance to create conflicts between Christian and Secular Authorities. Accordingly, the book views a Fictional example in the nation of Odom to show how the Christian and Secular Authorities can co-operate to fight Satan, their common enemy and establish the Good Pillars of Governance that Christ introduced to sustain Democratic systems Governance.

About the Author

Vitalis Chidomere Nwaneri, brings to this book his experience and exposure to various advanced and developing countries across the globe in 1967 from The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London. After his graduation, he joined the United Kingdom Government as an Economic Assistant and rose to that of an Economic Adviser by 1970. He left in 1971 to join the World Bank in Washington D.C. U.S.A. as a Project Economist. He rose to the position of a Senior Economist by 1980 when he returned to Nigeria. At the World Bank, he travelled extensively across the globe and gained exposure to various parts of the world and firsthand experience on major problems across the globe. These had inspired his analyses in this book on various global issues. .
On his return to Nigeria in 1980, he embarked on an audacious mission of bringing his global exposure and experience to contribute to the development of Nigeria's finance and private sectors. Two of his pioneering projects in Nigeria are banking and trade sectors brought him quite close to the weakness of Nigeria's secular governance. Through that exposure he learned much of the confrontation with the evils of corruption and bad governance. These brought much frustration in his pioneer projects on Indigenous Investment Banking and Commodity and Futures Exchange operations in the country. His efforts however helped to open up ownership of Nigerian banking to most Nigerian citizens and the establishment of Nigeria's First Commodity Exchange. . He also consulted for the Nigerian Government, public and private companies as well as International Institutions like the World Bank, the African Development Bank and the USAID.
He wrote books on Nigeria’s Economic and Trade Issues as well as Articles in Economic Journals and Magazines published in Nigeria, Britain and the World Bank (see References ).
Above all his efforts, he has been a devout Catholic since his birth in the Eastern Igboland of Nigeria 70 years ago.
As indicated in one of the chapters of the book dealing with the need for the enhancement of Pro-Christian policies in government, he reflected his Christian beliefs in most of his work, research and publications. He chose to be a Development Economist after he failed to go into the Seminary for his preferred profession of a Catholic priest. He often jokes when he says that if he cannot cure peoples' souls as a Priest; he might as well look after their economic and social hearts.
He now lives with his family in Maryland U.S.A. from where he wrote the Book.
