Nuts to Allergies

Debrah Harrison is a mother of three children who all suffer with Nut allergies. She has had numerous occasions where her children have gone into anaphylactic shock, each time being away from home. This motivated her to write this book and the previous book “Nuts to Allergies, Everyday Kitchen”. The rational comes from the diagnosis of her children over ten years ago and the difficulties that go with serious food allergies. The condition has a huge affect on their food choices and where they can eat as a family. She has once again enjoyed writing down her recipes and photographing them to be enjoyed by other parent’s, children, students and cooks. Her book provides ideas on how to prepare food which removes contaminations difficulties and gives you the opportunities to share your experience as a family. “Writing this book has enabled her to think more creatively whilst watching her children further develop their own skills.”
