About the Author

Biography [kasheba hall] My mother Eunice hall birth four children three boys Larry, johnnie, bryan I was the only girl and her third Child .,she adopt my sister gail smith who was 13 yrs. Old when my mother took her in. When I was a teenager I never really cared for drugs When my friends were smoking marijuana and also Smoking dust although I tried smoking marijuana i Just did not like it and dust stunk so bad to me I just Never wanted to try it and any kind of alcohol[except Beer] could not pull me in either because I do not like The taste of it. So all through my teens I was unaffected By drugs I begin having children in my twenties first Michael, In 1981 then john in 1985 then Jermaine in1987 then the Girls charm in 1988 and symphony in 1991 a total of five Beautiful children but I did not get to raised them because In 1986 when the drug crack was on the rise I met a girl Name Stephanie[not my co-author] who got me to try her Crack and this drug I liked it unfortunately it would be the Wrong drug to try it would come to be a long winding road Of hell for me stretching twenty years. Today I ‘m able thank god for shielding me from danger my My life could have encounter and making a way for me to Keep my self totally together today. I am a grandmother of five beautiful grandsons ;Michael, Mekhi, Richie, brian , and mateyo. And my books keeps me more happier than any crack could Today. Kasheba hall   Biography [Stephanie holmes] Stephanie holmes I was born to Audrey nolmes and Christopher beckly I was born in Brunswick Georgia I came to new york at the age of two I have four beautiful children their names are chanelle.dashawn , chanyah, And joseph [jo-jo] holmes I have two beautiful younger brothers damon Holmes and Aubrey holmes and my wonderful husband who stood by My side through all my up’s and downs and never left me his name is Joseph mensah and we been together over twenty years.i was also raised By my wonderful aunt Virginia heath who this book is dedicated to she always Went from being auntie to being like mother to me when it came to my Well being. I may have taken a bad turn in life when it came to crack but I’m so proud Of myself today and my thanks to my co-author kasheba hall and for this book I can share my story and my expirence about the disdain life of crack and maybe Help someone avoid it.
