“A Melody of Short Stories”… is a composition of short rhyming stories. 1. “What Pet should I get”? The author talks about all the different kinds of pets she would like to have. 2. “School Days”, she tells children how much she loves going to school, she speaks of all the activities at school, and how learning can be fun. 3. “Upto Space” expresses her thoughts about Space. 4. “I’m Unique”, in this story, she tells us that every child, no matter where she/he is, and, what she/he does, is special in their own way.

About the Author
Megan X. Vaz is a 2nd grade student, she is 8yrs old, and lives in S. Florida. Megan began writing short stories when she was 4yrs old, and has continued ever since. She enjoys reading and writing stories and poems. She also enjoys watching T.v. , art and music. On every holiday she writes a biography about the famous person pertaining to the holiday. She is higly ambitious and eager to explore, and has a dream to publish her books and inspire young readers to read. She strongly believes that reading is a key to success.
