About the Author

Jonathan Goforth, ABR, SFR started his Real Estate career in 1998. After struggling his first two years as a Realtor, his business started taking off with great success. Jonathan is a Realtor with Reece and Nichols Real Estate, Kansas City's largest Real Estate Company, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway. He is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. In 2008 Jonathan became the #1 Top Selling Agent in his office based on total volume and based on number of transactions. Jonathan has also listed more homes than any other agent in 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010 in that same office. "Kansas City Magazine" ranks Jonathan as a top-level "Five Star Agent" for the past seven years. In April of 2009, Jonathan was selected to speak on the "All-Star Panel" of highest selling Realtors.
