About the Book
Having been raised in the protestant tradition and educated in the field of science, I developed an interest- and a need- to come to terms with the discordance between religion and science These verses convey my evolved answers to such questions as:: what is life? what is the nature of the Universe? is there a God? what is humanity's purpose? can we find salvation? The result is a custom made religion, a set of beliefs which satisfies my soul.
About the Author
The author was born in Lubbock, Texas, September 21, 1931. He received his pre-medical training at Texas Tech University, a M.D. degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch, and an M.P,H. from the University of Pittsburg. After 4 years of private general practice he entered a career in the U.S. Public Health Service, serving in various medical care and public health positions. He is now retired and resides in Kerrville, Texas
