TENNETI'S THEORY OF DETERMINISM

In recent times, the argument for determinism has become a fundamental issue among scientists. It seems there are well defined laws that govern the origins of living creatures and evolution itself. The initial configuration of the universe may have either been chosen by God, or determined by the laws of science. In either case, it would seem that everything in the universe would then be determined by evolution, according to the laws of science. Darwin's idea of natural selection is based on nature's free will in its arrangements' act. Whether this act is random or deterministic, we do not know, but one thing is certain: evaluating nature's acts in random manner only results in more questions than answers. The intuitive concept of consequence --the notion of one sentence logically formed from another -- has driven the study of logic for more than two thousand years. But logic has moved forward dramatically in the past century, largely as a result of bringing mathematics to bear on the field. The infusion of mathematically precise definitions and techniques has turned the field, before now dominated by admonitions, into one characterized by illuminating theorems. This is one such theory, that determines and equates patterns of mathematics in deterministic manner. The theory of probability tells us how many patterns are present in a system by using the factorial equation. After the 1st iteration, resulting patterns in subsequent iterations can be any one out of the total number of occurrences possible, except the starting one. Apart from this, it never gives any further information. But the theory of determinism explains what occurrence comes next, and after how many iterations the order becomes original. It also explains periodic or auto occurrences and types of determinism (Right Hand and Left hand method). Using any one of the methods gives results repeating the same periodic cycle or existence continuously. This is an endless cycle. From this we can tabulate the existence numbers of different systems. By using both the left and right hand methods on resulting occurrences, the system expands. The number of algorithms present in an expanding cycle is called the expanding number. By using the expanding number, we can divide the total occurrences into sets of Deterministic expansion cycles. The relationship between the number of elements in the order, the existence number and the expanding number can be expressed in a mathematical equation for any chosen series of orders. This resolves some of the complicated issues in the fields of mathematics, computer science and micro-biology. The following points stand out from this work: 1) Deterministic shuffling or determinism, introduces a new mathematical concept into the scientific world. 2) The same random system which is unpredictable, non-linear, and un-equatable proves to be predicable, linear, and equatable in determinism. 3) It proves that nature's arrangements are determined, quite unlike human arrangements, which are random. 4) Determined secured communication system is now possible through this work. 5) This theory explains micro-biological acts. Explaining biological systems mathematically, is an important task. For that, it is equally important to understand the acts mathematically. In brief, mathematically, biological acts can be classified as follows: 1) Known mathematics:- This involves routine application of existing mathematical techniques to solve biological problems; for example, in mitosis cell division, the cell division can be explained in terms of duplicates, that is, multiplication by two. Multiplication is a basic mathematical tool used from ancient times. It is therefore known mathematics. 2) Unknown mathematics:-. Some fundamental issues in biology require all together new ways of thinking quantitatively or analytically (mathematically), else understanding biological systems would not be possible. For example, the natures acts of how the egg selects the matured sperm, how the egg and the sperm further form into reconstituted gametes, how chromosomes cross over in meiosis and how twins turn out to be both boys, both girls or boy and girl, but not hermaphrodites, in the determined mathematical model; how four pairs of nucleotides are arranged on the DNA, how they form sub-units, genetic units and further into genes. Combination of known and unknown mathematic;- This involves the application of both known and unknown mathematics. For example, how do both reconstituted gametes further generate new cells, and form into the tree of life and then into an off-spring? This act is possible through the combined biological processes of mitosis and meiosis. In order to explain some of the basic facts of micro-biology using this theory of determinism, some of the key ideas theorised by some of the great thinkers like The great Chaos, Anfinsen, and Erwin Schrodinger have been used as additional tools to the author's tool of taking four pairs of nucleotides as a codon, as follows: Tool 1:- According to science, the act of chromosomes crossing-over takes place between one pair of homologous chromosomes and 22 pairs of non-sister chromosomes. This act appears like random because cross-over between non-sister chromosomes is in chaotic form, but beneath the apparent randomness is an order, a chaotic order, which is actually a reverse order. Tool 2:- The attraction forces (as per Anfinsen), between homologous and non-sister chromosomes of the egg and the sperm is taken as our 2nd tool. The attraction between homologous chromosomes is strong because the same genes are present throughout the lengths of chromosomes, while attraction between non-sister chromosomes is not as strong because it is based on the same genes being present on their bodies but not throughout the their lengths. Tool 3:- Science works by simplifying complexities, but in the case of nucleotides arrangements on DNA we have over simplified issues by taking three nucleotides as a codon. As we know, 4 pairs of nucleotides with different kind of arrangements on the DNA is a gene or genetic code, but we still do not understand nature's nifty crystal-forming algorithm because, instead of 4 pairs of nucleotides as codon, we have taken three, which is an oversimplification. By using these tools in determinism readers can understand better about perfect fertilization.
