About the Book

This book is comprised of short devotionals. taken from sermons she has written through the years. Included are Psalms and Scriptures that were helpful in her journey. There are also viignettes written by fellow Bible study students.

About the Author

The author is at this time retired from a paid clergy staff position in the United Methodist Church where she served for many years. She also served as a volunteer in ministry. She has been a teacher for 25 years, sold real estate, Custom sewing was part of her life as well, worked for the Miami Herald as an ad taker. She married a farmer and lived that life too. She has had a variety of work places giving her a wide variety of experiences. Mary Lou has lived through some major health problems with the help of God in her life. She knows what it feels like to have to rely on God.
