About the Author
Zabron Mark Muponda was born in the City of Mutare and grew up in Zimunya Township, a small peripheral suburban area of the City. Mutare is in Zimbabwe, in Southern Africa. He went to Zimunya and Muradzikwa as well as Peplow Primary Schools. He then did seconadary education at Regina Coeli Mission; Chikore Secondary and Hartzell High School, before obtaining a Master of Education degree; a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education; a Graduate Certificate in Education and a Bachelor of Arts Dual Honours degree in History and Language (linguistics) at the University of Zimbabwe. Zaron got heavily involved in the Zimbabwe Liberation Struggle as a devoted mujibha (Collaborator with the Freedom Fighters) against Rhodesian Soldiers. As a teacher at Jameson High in Kadoma, Zimbabwe, he attended a five-month UNESCO/UNFPA (Population Education Fund) training in writing articles and books. He worked as a Subject Manager at the Exams Branch (Zimsec) and as a Publishing Manager with a publishing company (PPP) in Zimbabwe. He wrote and published an educational book in History. Currently Zabron is living and working in Birmingham in the United Kingdom. He likes writing and researching as well as editing books. He likes writing about true life experiences and educational books.
