About the Author

Mr. Roy has had a distinguished career in the Finance Department of several multinational firms. He served as Vice-President & Treasurer of Moody's Corporation where he was responsible for all cash management functions. Mr. Roy held several similar positions in other multinational firms including Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he was transferred to Europe to create a global cash management structure. Mr. Roy was educated in Haiti and in France before coming to the United States. He holds an MBA fron St. John's University and a BS from New York University.
