About the Book

Rhyming words create sing-song descriptions of ordinary objects as depicted within the colorful illustrations. The use of Spanish words for the colors seemed obvious. The characters each show their own distinctive personality: family, compassion, citizenship, holidays, recreation and earth awareness. All done within relatable daily living activities identifiable with the human race.

About the Author

Maurita E. Kisor, attempting to be a giving, remembering, individual, is always busy, constantly wanting to know more, discovering answers to questions for a better understanding of her environment. She has spent much of her life with children and their learning. Most of her 38 year career within the educational field teaching First Graders. These little growing people have an over usage of many words of our language, especially the word ‘Why?’ They are mirrored sponges with their own inquisitive, uncluttered, yet active minds and provide the most treasured and unique entertainment. Total hands-on-involvement enables one a better awareness and understanding of life on earth.
