My name is Starlight I am a fairy.
There is so much magic in nature
and I want you to come join me on a
wonderful adventure.
We are going to look for all the magic
in nature and learn more about the
wonderful world that we live in.
We will be visiting a few of my very
good animal friends who will help us
understand how all the magic of nature
is created.
I am so excited that you are here to
meet all my friends.
First we will meet:
1) Shelly the spider and all my
insect friends, they are:
2) Bettie the beautiful butterfly
3) Draco the dragonfly
4) Mozzie the mosquito
5) Snooky the housefly
6) Fuzzy the bee
7) Lucy the ladybug
8) Gregg the grasshopper
Then we look at my friends that live
on the floor-bed and the pools of the
forest:
9) Freddy the Frog
10) Bobby the bird
11) Sally the snail
Then we meet my friends that stay in
your house
12) Mittens the cat
13) Simoné the human baby
We then meet all my friends that lives
in the water .
14) Jemmy the Jellyfish
15) Queeny the Emperor Angel fish
16) Dora the dolphin
…and lastly we will meet my reptile friends

About the Book
Your children are part of the magic of nature and a huge part of the miracle of the world we live in.
Young children believe in magic and see the beauty in everything. When we get older we tend to loose that touch with magic and the amazement and beauty of the life that we are born into.
This book is an attempt to assist them from a young age to see the real magic that happen everyday in our world. It is a book to show them that life is magic and should always be respected. It also looks at interesting facts in the animal kingdom and the environment around us- things that are magic but a reality and things that will always be that way- Magic that they can cling to for the rest of their lives.
The book is written for my daughter Simoné- and I believe this is the first step to show her how magic our world really is.
May this book assist you as an educational tool for your children and for yourself to know life and everything within it is magic and this will remain this way till the end of time if we preserve the world we live in.
About the Author
Lezanne de Koning was born in South Africa in 1974. She went to ProArte School of Arts, where she studied Art, Music and Drama. She completed her studies in Architectural Technology in Pretoria. She has a huge interest in helping people and has studied extensively in the first aid and paramedical field. Lezanne believes the world is magic and that every person on the planet is here to make a difference. She has dedicated her life to care for others- human and animals alike. She loves teaching and training in many diverse fields from Alternative healing to Western medicine, Scuba diving and Ecological animal studies. Lezanne works for an international Medical equipment company and has travelled extensively to many places in the world including USA, Mexico, Sudan, Europe, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand to name but a few. During her travels she came to realize that all cultures have the same common goal; we all look for the magic in life; that spark that keeps life interesting. Lezanne has written 2 poetry books, and is completing a book on “Communication to the Animal Kingdom.”
