About the Book

Expressions of the Heart is a anthology of poetry based on Faith, Hope and Love. This volume was written to inspire people to reach for their destiny, live life to the fullest and love with true genuineness. Expressions of the Heart exudes an ambiance of relaxation and resonates with a voice for those struggling to be heard. Expressions of the Heart uplifts the body, mind, and soul, as well as rejuvenates the spirit. Expressions of the Heart will both mend and heighten the self esteem of the broken and abased. This volume of poetry will be an inspiration to all those who read it. 

About the Author

K.M.Gibson is the oldest of three siblings. She was raised by her mother, who inspired her to write. Even though her mother was a single parent, she was still able to instill an expectation in her children that “they can do whatever they put their minds to”. Also, her grandmother has always instilled in her to reach for greatness. Ms. Gibson has a desire to inspire and enlighten a generation of people longing for something different and new.

K.M.Gibson has been writing poetry since the age of 15 and she loves to express her voice on paper. Along with writing poetry, she loves to act and write songs. Ms. Gibson currently lives and works in Louisiana. This is her first published book of poetry. She does not want this just to be a book of poetry but she desires to inspire others to believe in themselves and reach for their dreams. Also, through her own struggles, Ms. Gibson has managed to push toward her own dreams and create a better life for herself and her daughter.
