He also has extensive knowledge of cooking of all kinds but has a special interest in ethnic cuisines Caribbean and Soul Food.

Lincoln  comes from Manchester, Jamaica and migrated to Canada in the early 70’s, and has spent months visiting various islands, enjoying the opportunity to discover the delights of Caribbean  food.
