About the Book

The book is about this girl named Salem Anderson and she's going to a new school. Her dad travels around the world and sends her this notebook. She's so excited. She lives with her mom and snobby sister; Sabrina. When she goes into the new school, its clean and nice. On the first day it doesn't go so well, but as the days keep passing by it gets better. At the end of the book, her mother is pregnant and she has a baby boy. They all feel happy and good.

About the Author

My name is Sergeline Colin. I am 11 yrs. old and I was born May 2, 1999. I have 1 sister and 2 brothers. Their names are Samuel, Noah and Elizabeth. I got inspired by my dad who was by my side while going through this. He has worked really hard with us and there’s never a day where I won’t need him. My dad always bought me notebooks to write in everyday. I sometimes write most of my books in the notebook. I also kept a diary which I sometimes write in. When I’m in school, teachers tell me I am very good in writing. I feel very special when they tell me that. I keep all my writing from past years to use in my books. My mom is a very hard working lady and she has sacrificed so much for me. I feel people should read my book because I am creative. I borrow stuff from other authors and try to make all their ideas come together.
