"How was your day at school?"
"I had fun, and I met new friends," Maggie said. My friend Megan is in my class again. My teacher has a pet hamster. she said we could bring our pet to school for show- and- tell day. It's going to be next week.
"Well, Maggie, we have to buy you a pet because you don't have one," her mom said as she started driving home.
"Yes I do," Maggie replied. "It's at Grandma house."
"What kind of pet did they buy you? I didn't know they bought you a pet."
"No, it's that big tree in their backyard with the tire swing on it," Maggie said. "Really!"

Lacole Sessions Adams resides in Memphis Tennessee with three of her five children.. She is a professional truck driver that has traveled all over the US and Canada since 1999. Lacole also lived in wies- baden Germany for a while and was able to visit Mexico. She says it's a blessing from God for all the opportunities she had so far in her life. She's always wanted to write children books and hope that she could take you on a journey through the imagination of a childs mind. As a single mother she credits her own children for helping her with the material, because of all the unpredictable and humorous things they do.
