I do believe that the contextual emphasis of this wonderful book is this. Jesus Christ is on the throne, He is in total control, and He is coming soon! Every thing is on an exact schedule, everything is going according to His plan, and this Bridegroom can hardly wait to see His Bride! This is the message of Revelation. The King of Kings is in command. The Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed. And yes, oh yes, HE IS ON HIS WAY!!! Our prayer today and tomorrow will remain the same, “Even so, come Lord Jesus!”

About the Book
The book of Revelation is exciting! Yet, too many today think it to be boring and hard to understand! I think it is just the opposite. If you take the book from a literal perspective, the "unveiling" fits, and it creates a perfect panorama of man's final days. long with the text, I have created a practical application for our lives today. Revelation is relevant, and it permeates the reader with God's last word to mankind.....His Son Jesus Christ! The final invitation alone is worth the time spent to enjoy the "book."
About the Author
Gordon Rumble is a Pastor at Brethren Community Fellowship in Modesto, Calif. He has preached the word for 30 years and is involved in Prison ministry, Chaplain Ministry, God's Grace Adoption Ministry, and a speaker at Revivals, Retreats, and Conferences. Him and his wife of 36 years, Heidi, have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Gordon is also a director of Plant a Seed Foundation which builds and supports Orphanages around the world. He is involved at the present with Uganda, Cambodia, and Haiti, where they support over 1,500 orphans. From youth, Gordon has always been interested in the End Times, thus he is thankful to have his first book written from his messages out of Revelation.
