Solomon...(Revisited)

The Via Doloroso, where Jesus had to walk to his own end,
Is the way of suffering, that is still trodden daily, by mortal men.
It is a road that still leads to hallowed sacred fame,
But only when through this life, you have left behind a good name.
It is a road that is truly feared by those who hope to win,
•But for the Victor’s crown, must travel all the way to the very end.
It is the road that is less traveled, a road traveled by only a few,
People with a divine purpose, armed only with what they must surely do.
The path is fraught with danger, perils and hearthreaks real,
But to the vast majority, the Via Doloroso does not appeal.
The rewards of this arduous way are not often realized here below,
Because it is so rough, it is often shunned with serious dreadful woe.
But, walk down it slowly, the special chosen must surely do.
And to their own hearts, they must always be ever totally true.
To live life long and realize that holy inspired call,
So we receive the trials, the tests and hard lessons all.
To follow the masses and the wide road they will trod,
