About the Author

Lisa T. Daniel is a Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, along with being a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reiki Instructor. She also has won numerous awards as one of the premiere Figure Athletes in Florida. Lisa developed " Yoga and Pilates for your Mind, Body and Baby " while pregnant with her first child, Nina, who came into the world healthy and happy in November of 2009. Her pregnancy workout routines came about from her years of experience in Yoga and Pilates training, consultations with physicians, and by listening to what her ever-changing body was telling her. She has brought this all together in " Yoga and Pilates for your Mind, Body and Baby ", the first in a collection of new books entitled the " Healthy Mommy - Healthy Baby " Series.
