About the Author
David Spurling BSc. DGA. F.C.I. L.T. P.G.C.E He is founder of LEARNING THROUGH CO-OPERATION(www.ltcinternational.co.uk) and its subsidiary LTC Kenya, which is a new college that has achieved remarkable results, including one student who has gained 5th place in the World in his subject and two others who gained 1st place in Kenya on their subject in their professional exams.
Academic career: He was Senior Lecturer at what is now the University of Central England and has taught social sciences for 30 years.
Examiner experience: He was the statistics examiner for the then Chartered Institute of Transport. He has also been an A Level Assistant Examiner in Labour Economics.
