Storytellers Vol. 1

"Where are they," He barked slightly angered. That was good enough for me, i was pretty sure he was the guy after that.

"Their here," I replied calmly.

"Where he roared, "I want to see them!  I have to know if they can do what I ask."

"Oh," I said with a heavy smile, "they can do it, but can you pay what we want?"  I then inquired.

"I can pay double what you want,"he said mumbling afterwards, "but i won't."

"Well I tell you what, "I said with a crooked smile "it's gonna cost you for a demonstration."

"Damn freelancers, "he mumbled to himself before he said "fine I'll give you a quarter of the full amount now, for a demonstration, and the full amount later after they perform the real deal."

"No problem," I said with a grin.  "Now what kind of demonstration are you looking for," I asked him.  He gave me a sour look and replied:

I don't know, just do something,"  the pale faced man insisted, "this is your area, show me something."  I thought about it for a second looking at the man as he made multiple faces at me.  Then i told him;

"Alright, okay, alright fine, okay let's try this.  Where are you staying while you're here in Miami?"

"Here," he said as he turned and pointed at the Omni Hotel/Mall.  I turned to look at the mammoth building and said;

"What Floor are you on," I asked him.

"The Twelfth," he replied with a confused but amused look on his face, "why?"

"Do you have anything in your room that is of great sifnificance to you," I asked.

As a matter of fact I do," he replied trying to imagine what I was about to attempt.  "I have a gold ring that my father gave me.  Its in a black box marked C.R.S.; it is in the closet of my room… room 1215."
