A former journalist and political correspondent with Agence France Presse in Paris and London and the Sydney Daily Telegraph and Melbourne "Age", he created the largest Public Relations/Perception Management consultancy in the Asia Pacific Region out of his base in Hong Kong.
Thanks to his New York partner Harold Burson, Chairman of Burson-Marsteller, he was offered the post as the first Director of Development & Public Affairs in Switzerland for WWF International and wrote a master plan to revitalise what became arguably the world's most influential environmental organisation, working closely with WWF's President HRH Prince Philip.
