this work took me about 28 months to complete.

i would put down on paper my feelings and toughts even if it was in the middle of the night, or in the car or while doing household chores.

About the Author

i have been married to my husband Jim for 54 years. i have five children, 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild. I am of Italian decent and i was born in chicago, illinois in 1928.

writing poems is only one of my hobbies. I also love to crochet, afghans and teddie bears.  i like to draw in crayon and in charcoal. I am also a great cook.
