From God…The Promise

MANY MIRACLES WILL I PERFORM THROUGH YOU

I would usually bring Olivia into bed with us when she was fretful in the night.  When she was with us, she would usually go right back to sleep.  She didn’t this particular night.

Paul, for some reason, was not home that night.  Therefore, I decided to go lie on his bed with Olivia so that we wouldn’t disturb Norwood.  I was carrying Olivia to Paul’s room when I heard what seemed to be a bird flying near me.

I could feel and hear its wings flapping as it perched on my shoulder.  I quickly transferred Olivia to one arm so I could feel my shoulder with the other.  I kept looking for what I heard and felt, but I could neither see nor feel the bird with my hand.  While this happening, I felt very good and was wishing the feeling would never leave.

Afterwards, still puzzled by the bird I knew was there and yet was not, I put Olivia on the bed.  As I lay down with her, I heard softly being spoken:  “Dance in fire.”  I was pondering what the meaning of this could be when the message continued:  “Many miracles will I perform through you.” Then I knew that both the bird and the spoken words were from God.

There was no more sleep for me that wonderful night.  Somehow I felt as if the very gates of heaven had been opened for me.  I was soon to experience the dance in fire; that part was so.  The miracles began not long after this glorious experience in 1967, and they have continued to this time.  My prayer is that they never stop.  Oh Lord, thou art my hope!
