He sat at the kitchen table holding a cup of coffee between his hands, staring into the steaming liquid. "Are you going with me?" he said, without looking up.
Chris turned on the stool and leaned forward. "I don't want to," she answered.
"Let me tell you something," he said, angrily. "We're not playing games here. You mess with me and I'll move to Boston without you."
"Then, your work is so important you'd jeopardize ten years of marriage?"
Dan shook his head. "I don't want it to happen, but like I've said before. I won't allow anything to stand in my way of having the biggest law firm in Boston...not even you."

About the Book
Passion, abduction, rape and murder, all of which took place on Primrose Drive in the Ashley Park addition, a new development in New Bedford, Massachusetts, during a time when anticipation and excitement ran high, and when a few young couples' inspired zeal overrode many rational human concerns. Amidst the chaos, the young women who attempted to solve the mystery ended up having their families torn apart, becoming involved in clashes and brutality that changed their lives forever.
