About the Book

As a first grade class, we have been working hard to become better readers and writers. Publishing this book has been a wonderful way for the students to understand all of the steps to the writing process. This book is a mini collection of work. Each student has two pieces that have been either peer or teacher edited for content. All of the writing shows what each student is capable of producing. I am very pleased and proud of each student. They all have come a long way and have worked extremely hard the entire year. Enjoy!

About the Author

A bright group of 23 from Noblesville, Indiana are your normal 7 year olds with big imaginations and big dreams. Miss Conner's 1st Grade Class 2008 - 2009 began the school year with goals for reading, writing and math, but never expected to finish the start of their educational careers as published authors. This work is in their words, written, illustrated and designed by them.
