About the Author
Vimi Chand has worked in the healthcare field for many years. She understands what it takes to help people that are ill and less fortunate than her. This is the second book she has written. After an early birth of her child it led her to many new experiences.
She wrote her first book, “The World of Peanut Butter Jelly Boy-Peanut Butter Jelly Boy Meets a New Friend,” after her 26 week old ex-premiee child started sharing his daily experiences. Born too early, he has some disabilities in his life. He has daily challenges that many of us take for granted. It’s surprising the stories he shares because they are real experiences. He is a very determined child and pursues his intentions quite diligently.
These stories are written in a series of books, “The World of Peanut Butter Jelly Boy.” He has helped pick the colors and format of the books. The words are large prints and the illustrations are colorful and bright. The final proof was also approved by him.
