Let me paint a picture for you. You have been trying to sell your home for a while. You spent a lot of time and effort cleaning it up and making it presentable. You may have even spent a lot of money fixing it up to make things look brand new. Of course, you aren’t the only one trying to sell. There are probably more for sale signs in your neighborhood than you can ever remember.
If you listed your home with a real estate agent they probably gave you a lot of suggestions on how to make your home even more presentable.
