About the Book

Who do we call on in times of trouble? What does God tell us

when we suffer pain? When do we turn to God?

Where should we go when in doubt?  How does God answer our questions?

This book is about the glory of God and encouraging all who have suffered a loss.

1 Peter 5:10: “In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus.  So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation. Our efforts are dedicated to inspire you to trust in the Lord for everything. Psalm 33:4: “For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything He does.”

About the Author

The authors are three friends who have collectively over seventy years of public service with the Chicago Police Department.  Through service to others their lives are truly blessed.
