Come
I see you sitting there all alone,
Hurting because your friends are gone.
Wishing you had someone who care,
Someone you can depend to be there.
Well I tell you there is such a friend,
One who is with you until the very end.
In the midnight hour His love will remain,
When you need something to ease your pain.
Call on Jesus and allow Him to heal the hurt,
And He will cleanse you of all of your dirt.
It does not matter how much wrong you’ve done,
Jesus can forgive it all, yes every single one.
So come now He is waiting to hear you say,
Father I give you my life and my soul today.

This is a book of Inspirational poetry designed to awaken or resurrect the Spirit of God that is within us since before we were born. This is the same Spirit that is going to be needed to reconnect with Jesus Christ when He returns.
About the Author
I am an author from Georgia. I have written other books of poetry which includes: "The Rescue for The Soul", "Through the Fire", and "What the Bible Says (children's book)." The poems I put on paper is Holy Ghost inspired and they come from the heart. Because they have blessed me and others so much I thought it was time to share them with the world.
