The jouney continued through time and space, the tranquility lulling Olivia into a complete sense of security. She was aware that she must be experiencing the same emotions that an astronaut would feel, however, the closeness of the fairies, in front and behind her, and the mystical qualities that they possessed, left her totally at ease and able to enjoy the wonders of the night sky.
The moments that passed seemed almost timeless; Olivia had no idea how long the journey would take, or had taken so far. Her mind seemed suspended in a space where time stood still but motion continued. She was neither hot nor cold, nor did she feel heavy or light, simply at complete ease. The fairies seemed calm and spoke amongst themselves quietly, as if in respect of the cylindrical travel machine in which they now crossed continents.

About the Book
This book takes you on an adventure with a frolic of fairies who are vibrant, strong, fun loving beings. The frolic, in the company of Olivia, a ten year old girl who befriends them, traverse the universe to the land where rainbows are born and beyond. They battle with army ants and Bora, the angry wind who would destroy them, in an attempt to save the world from disaster. Olivia comes up against many dangers and jealousy from a resentful fairy, but proves her courage and maintains respect.
About the Author
Lorna was born in the country and has a great respect for wildlife and conservation. This is her third book and as with her first two you are transported into an imaginative colourful world of fun and adventure. Her closeness to nature is a magical tool which she uses to fill her stories with believable narration.
