About the Book

Words of desire, pain, love, desperation, hope, hate, and a broken heart flood the pages to tell the story of a young lady who feels like she's been through it all.  These words are the soul of this young, confused and emotional girl all poured out in the book you now hold in your hands.  The first part consists of the experiences and emotions that were the poison in her life and then in the end a glimpse of hope is found as her poetry makes a turn and the antidote is recovered. Her story ~ poetry is one that she's wanted to tell since she could hold a pen. So grab a cup of coffee (or tea, whatever tickles your fancy), take a seat, flip through the pages and let her tell it!

About the Author

Amanda Booth is a young Canadian woman with a mission: to get her voice heard, to be an inspiration, and to have her words read. At only 18 she's living out her dream to be a poet and a published writer.

Originally from the beautiful country side of southern Quebec she now lives in Brantford, Ontario trying to make it out on her own and find herself.  The oldest of 5 and from a broken family she’s learned a lot already from life’s hard lessons but yearns for more expressing each hardship and joy through her writing.

Her poetry is her life story that she's been dying to share hoping that she can touch the lives and souls of those who have made themselves invisible, just like she used to be.
