I remember something that happened on the 22nd of Bahman. I was in geography class. I heard the principal knock on the door and walk in. She was furious! She commanded my teacher to take me to the office at once. The teacher took me to the school mosque which was really just a small prayer room. Every school had one of these places; they were required by the government.
With one deft movement the principal ripped her hijab off of her head. She began pacing back and forth in front of me with an angry glare on her face. She crossed hers arms and turned to me, her eyes burned brightly with the most terrifying hate. “Are your parents Moslem?” she asked.
I was shocked. “Of course they are!” I answered.
“How about your Grandma, your aunt, your uncle, how about the rest of your family? Are they all Moslem?”
“Yes, all of them are,” I answered.
“Then you are a stupid animal. You have no brain!”
The next thing I remembered was a brilliant light illuminating my room. I opened my eyes and saw the figure of a young man with a light brown beard and hair down to His shoulders standing in the middle of my room. He pointed at me and asked, “Why are you so upset?” I couldn’t talk. My tongue was heavy in my mouth. I was scared, and didn’t know if I was awake or asleep! I was frozen, speechless. I could not say a word or make a move. He looked at me and said, “Come and see Me. The door of My house is always open for you. I believe in the same God as you do. There is one and only one God.”
This time the torture they inflicted would stay with me for the rest of my life. They held me down and forced my head to turn from side to side. They took turns beating me. I was in and out of consciousness. At one point they took a needle and thread and sewed my eyelids lids open! I awoke to them slicing holes in my face and forcing implants deep into my cheeks. They put a dirty rubber tube on the end of a large syringe, connected it to the implants, and to my agony, they inflated the implants with water. Next, they forced a crown of thorns into my head. Blood was running down my cheeks as they piled feces into the crown and urinated on me. Then they put a dog chain around my neck and paraded me around the women’s compound as an “Isa’ Joker.”
It was our turn. The “Uniform” was before us. His very presence commanded our absolute attention. My voice was gone; all I could hear was my own labored breathing. “Oh, God, please HELP ME!” I called out to Him. “I can’t go back to that horrible stinking hole! I can’t stand smelling those damp walls, oozing with human waste.”
