Isabella Reunites the Healing Faeries

FOUR MINI PREVIEWS OF BOOK:

1.   Prince Edward Island:

  Autumn had arrived - the air was cool and crisp, with no wind; the magical colors of the leaves sparkled in the sunlight as Isabella breathed in the familiar smells of the ocean and the red earth all around her! The Princess was excited as she stood on the edge of the woods waiting for Gabriel and her father; this was the day she would become a wee faery once again and she was ready! Isabella quickly turned as she heard the crunching of leaves behind her! There stood her father, tall and proud holding her tartan scarf in his hands; Gabriel arriving only seconds behind as he struggled to keep up with the King's youthful strides! 

  "Here Lass, you may need this; 'tis cool this morning!" he said as he gently wrapped it around her shoulders. Isabella draped the fabric over her shoulders quickly securing it around her waist.

  Isabella's azure blue eyes were brimming with excitement; her long curly hair hung loosely framing her tanned face. She had waited all summer for this day! Gabriel was still out of breath as he stood smiling down at Isabella... Today he would become a Healing Faery and today Isabella would fly by his side!

  "Ok Laddie and Lassie, are ye ready?" her father bellowed. His smile was as wide and broad as Isabella's.

  "Aye, we're ready!" said Isabella looking over at her cousin. Gabriel stood waiting proudly wearing his grandfather's Scottish key around his neck.

  As soon as the King spoke a few words in  Gaelic blessing them both - things began to change. First they both became smaller and then in a flash they disappeared. Within seconds they reappeared as wee faeries! Gabriel was amazed - all he remembered was hearing these words over and over...

              Spinning, Spinning... round and round

              Taller, Taller... Smaller, smaller

               Let your magical wings be seen...

  Gabriel looked down at his gossamer wings fluttering to and fro - he could fly! "Be off with you then!" said the King quickly brushing a tear from his eye. He had done his duty teaching Gabriel the laws and creeds of the Healing Faeries; now it was up to Isabella to show him the life of the faery realm. Enough time had passed and Isabella felt safe; now she could feel the joy of being a 'wee faery' once again!

2.  FRANCE:

  As Gabriel followed Isabella through the wide stone archway into the city they both were in awe at the sight before them! Not far from the gates were rows of buildings and shops; the streets filled with people boisterous and loud speaking in their native French launguage. Although no one could see them Gabriel and Isabella could see one another. Not long into the city Isabella motioned Gabriel to follow her into an alley; garbage was strewn everywhere, the smell intense! Quickly they became visible again moving back out into the dimly lit cobblestone streets. Isabella stopped as she bravely peered up into her cousin's dark blue eyes; adjusting her tartan, standing proudly she said, "Let the quest begin!"

  The first thing Isabella and Gabriel had to do was find the Inn called 'Le Parrot'. But Isabella and Gabriel were not prepared for what they saw in France. Being able to walk around freely as peoplefolk was not always a 'good' thing... While some people were shouting and dancing in the streets others were begging for ...

3. Scotland:

  Isabella did not know what to expect as she appeared on her beloved coast of Scotland that night... As the Princess opened her eyes, she could feel the cool damp air. She could smell the sea and feel the mist on her skin. At that moment Isabella was overcome with joy of the 'sheer magic' of being a Healing Faery traveling through the faery realm as
