Did you know that the French language has died? Spoken French died when the Spider King made speaking Frankish fashionable in France. Have you heard of the Spider King or Frankish? Then in the last generation, the French Academy finalized plans to drop using the written French and replace it with the International Phonetic Alphabet? Have you heard of the International Phonetic Alphabet? Check out the pronunciation key in any French dictionary to see the new international language approved by the French Academy for yourself. The answers to these questions and how it impacts on the lives of every citizen of France can be found in the work of the author. No where else can you find the answers to these questions. No one has had the courage to ask or report the answers to the citizens of France. The impeding ban on French and the introduction of a world language inside France will change France forever. There have been no referendum to have the people express their wishes. Their opinion is not wanted or needed. It has been the academic elite who decided what was best for France and for every citizen in France. What will be the long term impact on France? France will lose its unique French National Identity and it will be replaced with a European or world identity. Did you know that the break up of France is being encouraged by the European Parliament via by their interest in saving minority nationalities? Or that a major foreign power is planning to fund an alternative language and universal language in France: Arabic? These are questions that the reader may not have heard but my want answers. The author explains in his work how French developed and how it changed over time. Read how the official account of French history differs from what actually happened. About the Author

Dan Cesar was born in Green Bay Wisconsin August 14^th 1952 to Donald F and Darleen J Cesar. His family came to Wisconsin from Belgium  in 1856AD settling in the Rosiere area of Door County. He was educated in public schools in Algoma and Reedsburg Wisconsin and Greenfield Ohio.  He attended several universities and earned his bachelors from Yankton College in Yankton South Dakota Magna cum laude and the University of South Dakota; from which he received his MBA in 1984.  He has taught at Buena Vista University, University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and Riga Technical University in Ventspils Latvia. Besides teaching, the author has worked with his Dad in environmental construction throughout the Midwest and hs been a member of various unions.  Presently, the author lives outside Keosauqua Iowa on a private wildlife preserve. He is a member of Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Fairfield Iowa and is a member of the McMullen Assembly in Ottumwa Iowa  and Council 4092 in Fairfield Iowa. He is involved in various community and humanitarian projects.
