I didn’t have a mother who loved me or stood by my side when I was abused and raped by my mother’s boyfriends and my uncle at age from 8 until I was 16. I was alone with no one to talk with. I felt angry, confused and believed getting raped was my fault. Instead, she pushed me away, put me down, and called me names–I don’t remember hearing my mother say I love you.
I had speech problem, learning, ADHD, Post Trauma Syndrome (diagnosed at age five) and attended Special Education classes.
I was tired of getting dumped on. I was down and out but my God has been there for me and now I can see the rainbow.
I’ve learned how to stand up myself. I am praying more, I talk to my husband, husband gives me some words to go on or he write me letters, I still writes things down everyday, I talk to more about my battles to other people that like a therapy to me because I have someone else and I am getting it out of my systems.
We all experience painful things, sometimes unspeakable things that almost cripple us. But my life is proof that the combination of getting professional help, determination and believing in yourself...you can press through and overcome all adversities.

About the Book
The book is about my struggles, about being raped and molested, and also about having a mother who didn’t loved, nor cared for her.
The reason I write the book is to help children, teens, female and male who is going through something in their life. I want to show them how to overcome and forgive a person who has done wrong to them. How we need to stand up for our FREEDOM that was taking from us.
