Ancient Knowledge, as it implies, is nothing new, but rather something that has been forgotten or ignored.

Modern ways are just how this age-old wisdom could relate to the here and now, “fitting in” with today’s lifestyle, and possibly give us a better understanding of our place in this complex world we live in.

Within this book, I explore a variety of ways this ancient knowledge may relate to, and be used with, the here and now.

I wish to emphasize this book is just like any other: the words inside are not gospel; there are no secret mysteries or hidden truths revealed within these covers.

These are my views, based on my beliefs and experiences, but they may give you an insight into things you had not considered, make you question what you thought you knew, and make you aware of unexplored possibilities and, in doing so, help you find an inner calmness, strength and conviction in your beliefs, thus helping you to not only find the direction of your path, but enjoy the journey as you travel.
