The convoy motored its way across the country, powered by industrial hemp bio-fuel, zigging and zagging as they stopped on reservation land to visit the Tribes and see the acres and acres of green stalks of the industrial hemp being cultivated. Many of the fields had been harvested and the stalks were producing the bio-fuel hemp oil that was now powering an increasing number of American’s vehicles. Congressman Ralph Dicken had joined the convoy in late March, after attending Congressional hearings on certain subjects. They had stopped in many of the state’s capitals where Dicken met with and talked to the elected officials of the state. Many of their numbers were missing, a result of the powerful earthquake and tragedy on Every state in the cultivation of industrial hemp. Each state’s Supreme Court had sued the federal government to remove industrial hemp from the list of banned substances and allow its cultivation. This is Lobo's third book, and he is currently working on his fourth. Who is Lobo? Lobo is the nom de plume for this author who is also an educator, speaker and construction industry professional.
