God Rhymes With Love

About the Book
I have been writing poetry for quite a few years and have always tried to rise to the challenge by putting words together that rhyme and also create a central message. I have gone beyond mere words put together as in more traditional poetry and have almost all my lines rhyming together (one after the next) with each rhyming line flowing into the meeting of the next line and each concluding word of each line rhyming with the concluding line of the previous. To do such and still retain credible meaning along with lyricism was the great challenge of my work.
The poetry I have written for this book "God Rhymes with Love" is spiritual and theological and is intended to convey thoughts on the Trinity, the Blessed Mother and the Saintly. I have found that the most beautiful things come about in acknowledging in praise and thanks and reflection those things of God that are his in holiness. Plato once described God as being the good and the beautiful, and I hope that my words I have written portray some of that goodness and beauty that our Lord is endowed with.
About the Author
Top be able to write and yet write effectively, beautifully and with meaning is something I have striven for many years. I did not simply sit down and start writing an intelligent and beautiful work. I had to work over words and meanings of words putting them in the right configurations for the right meanings. I educated my mind by spending many hours reading, drinking in words to become familiar with them (I read many hours every day). I had to work hard at writing good poetry then, and work hard at it many years before the better words were put down on paper. It has all been worth it though. I have found people who have read works of mine who have said they found my work remarkable. And that to me is a great reward. It finds that the work I have done was not in vain and that the choice of my vocation as a writer was a most able choice. If you read my book I hope you find it as enjoyable as I did writing it, and may the glory of God be with you all forever,
Amen
