About the Book

Benjamin’s favorite part of bath-time is the “bubbles” . He is fascinated by them . His imagination soars when it comes time to take his nightly bath . Whether pretending he is the captain of an underwater sub roaming through “Bubble Bay”, or a whale blowing air from underneath the sea of bubbles, bath-time is always entertaining for Benjamin . But when the bubbles disappear from the tub, so does all of the fun ! Where do these bubbles go ? Why do they disappear ? Benjamin becomes determined to find these answers and immediately begins his search  ! Join him on his journey to find the missing bubbles !

Jennifer Macaluso graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.  She has taught children at the elementary level for several years and found it extremely fulfilling.  She feels there is a wonderful sense of accomplishment and gratification when molding young minds.

Fond of bath bubbles herself, she was inspired to write about Benjamin and his search for the missing bubbles.  She began writing years ago when she pondered the question, “Where do the Bubbles go?” From there, Benjamin’s search took on a life of it’s own.  She hopes you enjoy the journey as well.

Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Jennifer has found the life that she loves in sunny Phoenix, Arizona with her wonderful husband, Mario, and two beautiful daughters.  Abby is 2 years old, and Ashley just turned 1.  Jennifer enjoys writing and credits her young daughters as her inspirations, as she gets most of her writing ideas from them.

About the Illustrator

Nancy O’Shaughnessy graduated from the Parson’s School of Design in New York.  She enjoyed a successful career with

a major advertising firm on Madison Avenue in her early days of her professional life.  After raising three children, she came out of “retirement” to start a family business.  She successfully grew and sold “Suite Living” by the end of 1998.

She has been drawing and painting as a hobby for years.  Nancy’s work can be seen in her granddaughter, Caitlyn’s bedroom, and finally in print in “Where do the Bubbles Go?”
