The Truth:
He Still Lives and Breathes…
Day 1
“ The Mind of the One”
Christ Jesus, The Anointed Messiah or Savior, was the first to open the matrix or “the womb of life.” His purpose was to challenge every evil tradition, doctrine, and practice contrary to the word of GOD. “For this purpose the Son of GOD was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil,” (1Jn 3:8).
Jesus’ heavenly mandate also was to restore our lost relationship with Daddy unto eternal salvation.
Who is Christ Jesus? After a true fellowship with another citizen of heaven, it was revealed that Jesus’ name could spiritually mean Jehovah’s Earthborn Son Unlocking Salvation: “And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him” (Mk 9:7).
What exactly does this all mean? This means that the Father of spirits, (Heb 12:9), Jehovah, saw fit to restore man back to his true nature – that nature being one of spiritual fortitude and wholeness, with an eternal connection and relationship to the Creator, LORD GOD. GOD’s plan seemingly was to dwell among His people in the exact vessel that caused the separation in the first place: Mankind. He saw fit that His only begotten son, born after the manner of man, be sacrificed so that there could be no discussion or argument about His commitment/sacrifice to the mission of salvation.
Little by little, GOD revealed His Spirit and power unto Jesus: “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favour with GOD and man” (Lk 2:52). This was done until Jesus possessed the Almighty GOD without measure. “For He whom GOD has sent speaks the words of GOD, for GOD does not give the Spirit by measure,” (Jn 3:34 NKJV).
Let’s ponder over this. The Creator of anything that ever was or that will ever be filled this man Jesus (born of divine conception), with His Spirit without limits. Jesus was endowed with the power to tear down heaven if he willed. All he had to do was think of a situation to change and believe by faith that it would happen. Even endowed with all this power, Jesus had enough self-control and self-will to allow himself to be crucified for some ignorant, self-willed, prideful pretenders.
This was because he had insight into his purpose through GOD’s Spirit. Jesus knew his people would be transformed by the trouble and pain he endured. And once Jesus defeated death, then the battle would be over: “O death where is your sting? O Hades (Hell), where is your victory” (1Cor 15:55 NKJV). So, if death couldn’t be held over the peoples’ heads to keep them in bondage, the only thing stopping them from being free would be themselves. Without death the enemy has no prevailing power, and now Jesus through his resurrection has the keys to free all from hell and death forever: “I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades (Hell), and of Death” (Rev 1:18 NKJV).
The crucifixion of Christ -- the process through which Christ received the power over hell – was symbolic to the overcoming of the flesh and its desires. Realizing that no one can destroy the spirit of a man leaves only the flesh to contend with. Jesus yielding his body to the cross completely destroyed his body of sin. His human form no longer had any power. Death is only in the flesh; once you overcome the works and will of your human nature, you conquer death.
Because Christ lives, I am more than a conqueror of death and anything attached to it. The truth that through Christ all things are possible means that by operating through the Spirit of the Son of GOD, nothing in earth (your body) can overcome your GOD-given (eternal) Spirit. The only thing that dies is flesh. It is entirely temporary.
The flesh will one day return to the ground, but your Spirit is eternal and lives forever. Man’s lust-driven will was nailed to the cross on that Day of Judgment, and the will of GOD glorified. Remember although you may have many trials in the flesh, GOD is with (within) you: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel, which is translated, GOD with us” (Mt 1:23 NKJV).
