About the Author

I am a divorced mother of four beautiful children and I have lived in Charleston, South Carolina all of my life.  I am self employed.  I have been operating a home daycare for the past few years.  I have been writing poetry since elementary school.  I use my writing as a motivational tool not only for myself but also for the benefit of others.  Writing has always been my best way of expressing my inner most feelings and thoughts.  Through my poems I try to empower people, to let them know that they are not alone and that if and when tomorrow comes it will be filled with hope and promise.
