About the Book

Today’s healthcare environment is dying. Nursing staff levels are reaching an all-time low, with fewer and fewer individuals looking at a career in healthcare. Hospitals and healthcare organizations across the world are watching their bottom line continue to deteriorate. Resuscitation is needed. We need a new healthcare delivery system that incorporates, supports and leads in the areas of information technology, fanatical customer service and innovative patient care. Veillette’s innovation and astute observations create a compelling vision of what healthcare can and needs to be. Anyone associated with the healthcare profession will find inspirational concepts, nuts and bolts suggestions and a complete roadmap to turning this crisis around.
