Wings of the wind
With the wings of the wind I fly far away,
Where I never have been.
Is there such a place?
Where sorrow and hurt no longer exist.
I will find it some day some where,
And my heart will rest in harmony.
I know I can tell.
There will be flowers there will be music
And I swing with the breeze of the air.
The fragrance of the meadow and
Chirping of the birds, will put my mind at ease.
My heart will not care.
Is there such a place?
It might be only in my mind.
Yet I will search until I die.

What loving you means to me
Brings all the life out what I have put to rest
It wakes all the things up what I am afraid of most.
It stirs my emotions and makes me feel,
It restores the thoughts so I dare and will
Take on new challenges that I long forgot,
Most of all it lets me be the best.
It is a gift that you give to me,
And this is what loving you means to me.

This book of poems is about the artist who falls in love with a wrong person. In the poems she writes about the love, pain, hurt, sorrow and disappointment of her life while she is with this lover. Her life as well as her thoughts and emotions are clearly depicted in her poems. She is desperate for the love of this man, who cannot reciprocate the love what she has for him.
