Dre puts his hands together to say grace as his mother takes her seat. She appropriately bows her head as Andre speaks. “Dear God, we thank you for this food and give many thanks for the many blessings you’ve given us. We thank you for keeping us safe and not letting bad stuff happen to us and making my mommy mad,” he says. Sandra cracks a smile for the statement about her being mad, as Dre continues his prayer. “And God please let me see what heaven looks like, Amen,” he says as he ends his prayer. Sandra looks up at him, as he finishes his prayer, with a look of concern to his fascination for knowing what heaven looks like. She wonders what’s going through his mind. She pauses and quickly gives a delayed Amen, shortly after Dre does. They pick up their forks and begin to eat. They glance back and forth at one another as Andre makes a mess around his mouth. Sandra smiles and lets out a light chuckle of laughter because of the spaghetti sauce around Dre’s mouth. Dre wipes his mouth and continues eating. There is a sound in the distance, Ding-Dong! The doorbell rings. A look of surprise comes over Sandra’s face as
